First snowfall of the new year...I managed to survive it, but it wasn't easy. We only got an inch to an inch and a half on the ground, but that was still enough to cause a shit ton of road hazards...mainly on the Missouri side. For the first time in my life, I was very close to passing out from heat exhaustion. Didn't happen, luckily, but considering the heat, humidity, and I had on long, heavy pants, I was that close. Good thing I took the rest of the day off. Next week can't get here fast enough. I need that vacation...badly!

So far the last few weeks of work have contained at least one snow day. At least once a week I have to get up a half hour earlier than normal get dressed, warm up and dust off the Vixen, and head to work for I don't know how long.
